What type of administrator should attend?

A team that understands the professional development plans for the district, how staff development fits in building schedules and is able to make decisions about implementing the 12-15 hour courses should attend this session. This team will be provided planning time for decision-making about the implementation. The curriculum director or building principal may want to attend.

Who should be the identified to set up the study groups? Can it be the same person as the facilitator?

The person that sets up the study group will need to be permitted by the district to see "confidential" information for learner's accounts that will include home addresses and information related to Act 48 hours. This can be the same person as the administrator, or the role can be shared by several people at the district. This representative should also be able to train other account managers if the need arise.
