  • Masters Degree or Reading Specialist Certification (Must correspond to subjects facilitated)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an early childhood/primary program classroom (Prefer K-3 classroom experience)
  • Experience in adult education (effective interpersonal skills)
  • Basic computer application skills (email, word processing, etc.)
  • Must have access to a computer, printer, and have internet access (broadband preferred)
  • Must have deep content knowledge
  • Must have a knowledge of current research in early literacy
  • Must have philosophical alignment with the series
  • Must be student-centered in his/her approach to learning, both with online learners and K-12 learners
  • Must be committed to detail—timeliness; responsiveness to the learner; responsibility to the learner

  • Minimum of 5 years classroom experience at the high school level (Prefer 7-12 classroom experience)
  • Must have verifiable knowledge of Differentiated Instruction, and/or Project-based Learning, and/or Inquiry-based Learning
  • Must have verifiable knowledge of teaching authentically in the classroom.

  • Must have working knowledge of current research in organizational theory, instructional leadership and instructional coaching

  • Minimum of five years experience in an early childhood/primary program classroom
  • Minimum of three years as a principal or curriculum specialist in an elementary setting
  • Experience in adult education (effective interpersonal skills)
  • Basic computer application skills (email, word processing, etc.)
  • Must have access to a computer, printer, and have internet access (broadband preferred)
  • Must have deep content knowledge
  • Must have a knowledge of current research in early literacy
  • Must have philosophical alignment with the series
